Well hello boys and girls. Been busy lately between work, kids and my man. I'm a happy camper these days as you can guess ;) . Business endeavors have been very productive, we have visited several places, old friends of mine who are into the food and beverage industry and some key european people working at the big hotels whom my coworker Mike introduced us to and we now have a nice looking list of interested people. We're very happy about this and we now feel that barring any unforeseen unsurmountable problems, our business will take off. We have submitted all the paperwork except the company registration (we haven't decided on a name for our company yet, more brainstorming is needed for that), so in like six months or so they said everything would be ready. We were told it looked promising so we're hopeful.

Once we talk to the regional manager for Chili's in the Caribbean (former boss of mine at Friday's and very good friend ;) ), we'll be done and then it's really vacation time (well, on my days off lol)

Oh, my credit is clean once again (and all rejoiced!!) so that has me even happier, new life indeed :)
